The Canada Revenue Agency says 120 folks have been fired for claiming a federal COVID-19 profit while employed there.
The CRA is reviewing roughly 600 instances during which present employees obtained the Canada Emergency Response Benefit – or CERB – through the COVID-19 pandemic.
The profit was price $2,000 a month to Canadians whose jobs have been misplaced or downgraded on account of public-health restrictions.
