Home Minister (Vijay Kumar) summons Narasimham (Suriya) to resign his job and go to Kakinada within the guise of NCC trainer in a university. His mission is to secretly observe the actions of two essential individuals Guru (Mukesh Rushi) and Tyagaraj (Rehman). Narasimham is meant to hitch obligation of a cop when it is the fitting time. Satya (Hansika) a pupil in Narasimham’s faculty falls in love with him. She can also be an in depth relative to Tyagaraj.
