“Working in a predominately male business, it’s crucial that you simply really feel assured in who you’re, and trust in what you’re saying.
“Regardless of how far up you go, [up] the chain, you do have that imposter syndrome. Slightly bit of, do I belong right here? Do I really feel assured talking up? Can I try this?
“You just have to know that everyone feels that way. Even as a Vice President, I still feel that way. But what’s helped me is just having the confidence in myself, and double checking that I know my facts.”
